These are 3-D cityscapes by 5th graders. We studied geometric and organic shapes for the background, and then colorful buildings with lots of details! All construction paper layers were then folded at the bottom and glued to a base piece of construction paper. This lesson took several class sessions, but the kids really enjoyed it!
